Online Order Shipping Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to physical products purchased online from urbaninkla.com. It does not apply to tattoo or piercing services, appointments, deposits, gift cards, digital products, or purchases completed in our studio.

Where We Ship

We currently ship online orders only to physical delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We do not ship online orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Orders placed with an unsupported shipping destination may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Rates and Services

Our current online shipping options for supported destinations are:

Standard Shipping: $8 USD; estimated total delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.
Express Shipping: $15 USD; estimated total delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Free Standard Shipping: available when the qualifying merchandise subtotal shown at checkout is $70 USD or more; estimated total delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

The delivery windows above include normal order processing and carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and days when the studio or carrier is closed. The shipping methods, qualifying order value, final charge, and current estimate shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.

Payment review, address verification, high-volume periods, inventory discrepancies, customized or special-order items, and other circumstances disclosed on a product page may require additional time. If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will contact you and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund as required by applicable law.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided with the order. A carrier may need up to 48 hours after the shipment confirmation to display the first scan or update.

Addresses, Changes, and Returned Packages

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact cs@urbaninkla.com as soon as possible if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing begins, and we cannot redirect a package after carrier acceptance.

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the recipient refused delivery, or the package was not collected, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. If an eligible refund is requested instead, the original shipping charge is not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. When that happens, you may receive more than one shipment confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we split an order.

Delayed, Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If tracking has not updated, the estimated delivery window has passed, or the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery address and nearby delivery areas, ask household members or building staff, and contact the carrier. Then email cs@urbaninkla.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and assist with a carrier inquiry.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, keep the item and all packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will handle a verified shipping or fulfillment problem in accordance with our Online Piercing Jewelry Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
